## Audience and public access

Agents may read ProxyAtlas's public provider directory and status snapshots without registration or credentials.

## Registration and credentials

No agent provisioning or registration endpoint exists. No API keys or OAuth tokens are issued. Do not send identity assertions, passwords, bearer tokens or other credentials to these public endpoints.

ProxyAtlas has no public OAuth-protected resource and does not publish fictional authorization-server or protected-resource metadata. The analytics interest form at https://proxy-atlas.com/signup records a person's consented request for follow-up. It does not create an account or grant API access.
